This deep flavoured chicken curry recipe from the region of Punjabi is made even easier with Kohinoor Cooking Sauces.

Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
400g chicken, diced
1 Kohinoor Punjabi Karahi Cooking Sauce
Fresh coriander, to serve

Method

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan
  • Add the chicken and fry
  • When the chicken is browned on the outside, add the Kohinoor Cooking Sauce
  • Add a lid and simmer for 10 minutes
  • Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve
