Feel good with our butter chicken recipe! Using our delicious cooking sauce, we’ve created the perfect pan-fried chicken breast with our butter chicken sauce as a serving sauce. Try butter chicken like you’ve never had before.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp yoghurt
1 Kohinoor Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce
10g butter
20ml cream
3 tsp oil

Method

  • Marinate the chicken with the salt, chilli powder, ginger, garlic, 1 tsp of oil, and yoghurt for 10 minutes
  • Heat the Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce with butter and cream. Simmer for 2 minutes until warmed through
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast on medium until cooked through
  • Serve with rice, the butter chicken sauce, and fresh coriander
